By participating in our forum you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1.These definitions shall apply to the following terms and conditions in their entirety.
The term “You” or “Your” within these terms and conditions shall be accepted to refer to you, the user of UK-RV “Remote Viewing Forum”. The term “We” or “Us” or “UK-RV” refers to the UK-RV website, and includes its members. The term “Registration Information” refers to any and all information that is provided by You to Us. The term “Member” refers to the members of UK-RV Remote Viewing Forum either individually or as a group. The term “Content” refers to but is not confined to text, links,documents,pdf files or images found within this web site The term “Confidential” refers to any and all information not available to the general public.

2. General Conduct.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Remote Viewing Forum” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the UK-RV “Remote Viewing Forum” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Remote Viewing Forum” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Your participation within the UK-RV forum will be based on the following non-negotiable terms:
You agree that you will not:

2.1. Post, transmit, upload, email or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to, for example, individuals and their remote viewing sessions, confidential or proprietary information gained or disclosed as a part of a remote viewing session

2.2. Post, transmit, upload, email or otherwise make available any content that in doing so infringes upon any trademark, confidential information, or information pertaining to an individual of a sensitive nature.

2.3. Post, transmit, upload, email or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses, computer code, programs or files that are designed to interrupt, limit the functionality of this forum board and web space software.

2.4. Post, abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, anything that may affect another’s privacy, or ethnically, racially or otherwise objectionable or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Remote Viewing Forum” is hosted or International Law.

2.5. Impersonate any person or entity. This includes but is not limited to, any UK-RV member or administrator.

3. Forum Usage
This section details general UK-RV forum usage and etiquette.

You agree that you will not:

3.1. Intentionally provoke other, and initiate personal attacks to do with religion, sexuality, race, colour or religious beliefs.

3.2. Create or initiate inflammatory threads by creating new threads after existing threads on the same topic have been closed.

3.3. Use excessive bad language or innuendo.

3.4. Continually create off topic threads, or drive a thread off topic.

3.5. Argue with moderators public decisions. All complaints in regard to moderation or administration should be addressed to the moderator or administrator directly via email or personal message. The owner Andrew Usher will make any final decision regarding a complaint.

3.6. Post the contents of a private message or email to the forum board.

3.7.Utilise a signature 300px wide by 100px high. Signature must not contain any advertising material, unless approved by our administrator. Signatures must be no more than 4 lines long. Signature may be removed by a moderator of administrator if not corrected when requested to do so.

3.8. Provide links to third party websites or content unless permission is given and expressed by a moderator or administrator. Exceptions to this may be when links are pertinent to discussion. We reserve the right to remove links without notice.

3.9. Affiliate schemes for profit are forbidden and links to such direct or indirect profit for individuals must not be posted.

4. Attempt to solicit members of the forum for your own projects or groups, or use member details to for mailing list.

5. Utilise the private message area to send out invitations to other forum boards, solicit for projects or other.
You agree that:

1. We may move threads or links to appropriate sub section of the forum without notification

2. We may close delete, or move threads or posts deemed inappropriate to the forum and discussion as a whole. Individuals will be notified when their posts or threads have been deleted

3. You will post and introduction in the appropriate area, mentioning your RV method and experience.

4. External website(s) or third party sites
UK-RV and UK-RV Remote Viewing Forum are not responsible for any third party websites or links you access through our site or forum board. We do not endorse any third party website unless clearly stated and therefore are not responsible for any promotions, content or services offered by a third part website or link. Equally we cannot be held liable or responsible for any alleged loss occurred through a third party website or content. All contact made via our forum with individuals representing third party website and contents are your own personal responsibility and not that of UK-RV.

5. Our Rights (UK-RV and UK-RV Remote Viewing Forum)
You will acknowledge that the UK-RV site contains a large and varied amount of information and content. We do not check any information of content posted by you prior to it being posted on the world wide web and our website. We therefore reserve all right to remove, delete in part of entirety any content that you submit that we feel violates our terms and conditions, or any guidelines or announcements made elsewhere on UK-RV and UK-RV Remote Viewing Forum.

You acknowledge and accept that all content posted on this site becomes the property of the site owner, and you acknowledge that you are the author of each message posted on the UK-RV Remote Viewing Forum and that we UK-RV are the publishers. Edit facilities are not enabled for members, and if you wish your post to be amended, edited or removed please contact a UK-RV Remote Viewing Forum moderator or administrator. If you request your account to be deleted you acknowledge and accept that we are under no obligation to edit or delete any of your created posts submitted to the UK-RV Remote Viewing Forum.
